Glendan Park Hereford Stud is located at 2090 Kyneton-Heathcote Road, Barfold via Kyneton, in central Victoria (approximately 1 hour drive north-west of Melbourne Airport).

The stud was established in 1989 by the Trovatello Family, with the aim of breeding quality Herefords for the Australian market.

Glendan Park’s original herd consisted of 50 cattle purchased form the Ballina and Lowanna Stud Dispersals.  We have since introduced bloodlines from Ardno, Widgiewa and Smithston Studs.

We have steadily increased the quality and quantity of our herd with our most recent additions from the Gorian, Bolong P, Zum Park and Coora Dispersals and various on-property sales (such as Llanglothan & Injemira) bringing our herd up to 200 Stud Breeders.

The pride of our herd is the recent addition of Red Hill Valour, purchased at the 2002 Hereford National at Wodonga, Victoria.

With our current sire power including Red HIll Valour, Bundarra D Top Gun , G H Buck ET 26H, MHF X160 Reform, IronBark ID Collosal T728, Silverton Rackman V099, we are confident that our herd will only further promote the Hereford Breed.
